Card Inspection Machine CIM-3000 Desciption This machine delivers a sensitive edge-to-edge inspection of plastic cards (54x86 mm format) to verify a perfect quality of surface and printing. Ensure unfailing card integrity and never face customer complaints or returns for unacceptable cards, thus maintaining the trust in your brand name. The machine will detect scratches and staining, lamination dots, flaws in printing or punching, and insufficient placement accuracy of magnetic stripes and holograms, resulting in card rejection. An electronic image acquisition and processing system is used. Reliably, precisely, and very fast it detects even the smallest differencies against a reference picture saved beforehand from a known good card. For each kind of error a tolerance level may be set. A lot of different reference pictures may be stored into the system. Programs are available for detecting special errors or for simultaneously detecting a series of different erros within a single run. Personalized areas of the cards may be excluded from checking.
