This newly developed device is a manually driven knuckle-joint press using a precision
punch tool specially developed for punching polycarbonate cards. So even with this hard
and rigid material very clean and precise cuts are achieved.
The cards can be punched out of stripes inserted under the press. Then punching is
done by pressing the lever.
Standard card dimensions are 54 x 86 mm. On customer's request the machine could be
adapted for producing special single cards.
Machine dimensions are approximately 200 x 700 x 300 mm.
